Our Beliefs & Values

We belive that God is the Creator of the universe. Jesus His son is our only wait to have salvation. The Holy Spirit is One with God and Jesus, making up the Trinity. The Bible is our sole authority, and God’s perfect word.

God

We believe there is one true and living God. He is eternal, of infinite power, wisdom and goodness, the Creator of all things, visible and invisible (Gensis 1:1). In the unity of the Godhead there are three persons – the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost (2 Corinthians 13:14; 1 John 5:7).

Jesus

We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ, the eternal Son of God, became man, without ceasing to be God, having been conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary, in order that He might reveal God and redeem sinful men (John 1:1-2, 14; Luke 1:35)

The Holy Spirit

He is present in the world to make men and women aware of their need for Jesus Christ. He also lives in every Christian from the moment of salvation.  He provides the Christian with power for living, understanding of spiritual truth, and guidance in doing what is right. He gives every believer at least one spiritual gift when they accept Christ. As Christians, we seek to live under His control daily. (2 Corinthians 3:17; John 16:7-13, 14:16,17; Acts 1:8; I Corinthians 2:12, 3:16; Ephesians 1:13; Galatians 5:25; Ephesians 5:18; Romans 8:13-14; Ephesians 4:30)

Salvation

We believe that salvation is the gift of God brought to man by grace and received by personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, whose precious blood was shed on Calvary for the forgiveness of our sins (Ephesians 2:8-10; John 1:12-13; Ephesians 1:7; 1 Peter 1:18-19; 1 John 1:7). We believe that the blood of Jesus is sufficient for our forgiveness and salvation and that nothing else is necessary.

Eternity

We believe that salvation is the gift of God brought to man by grace and received by personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, whose precious blood was shed on Calvary for the forgiveness of our sins (Ephesians 2:8-10; John 1: 12-13; Ephesians 1:7; 1 Peter 1:18-19; 1 John 1:7). We believe that the blood of Jesus is sufficient for our forgiveness and salvation and that nothing else is necessary.

You should not believe your conscience and your feelings more than the Word which the Lord Who receives sinners preaches to you.

– Martin Luther
